REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

 

(A) Product Satisfaction Guarantee: At CONTEMPORARY SPACES, we aim for every purchase to be a positive experience. We strive to address any concerns to your satisfaction.

(B) Returns & Exchanges: Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an item has been dispatched. Please note that items such as mattresses, pillows, bedding, and personalized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable for hygiene or safety reasons. Exceptions, if any, will be clearly stated on the product page.

(C) Damaged or Defective Items: 

- Reporting Damage: Should you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at info@contemporaryspaces.ae with details and photos if possible.

- Resolution: We will assess the situation and, depending on the specific case, arrange for a replacement, repair, or another appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.
