(b) Returns & Exchanges: Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an item has been dispatched. Please note that items such as mattresses, pillows, bedding, and personalized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable for hygiene or safety reasons. Exceptions, if any, will be clearly stated on the product page.
(c) Damaged or Defective Items:
